1 With effect from 1 November 2012, the Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports and the Ministry of Information, Communications and the Arts were restructured to form the Ministry of Social and Family Development, the Ministry of Communications and Information and the new Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth.
